Silver & Aventurine Bangle by Heikki Kaksonen, Finland

This beautiful refined mid-century silver bangle features a striking aventurine quartz stone, its subtle green shimmer complemented by a minimalist silver setting and sculptural form.

Designed and handcrafted by renowned Helsinki-based jeweller Heikki Kaksonen (registered 1922–1969), the piece captures the understated elegance and modernist spirit of Nordic jewellery from the era, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship of Finnish design.

The bangle is fully stamped with the Finnish hallmarks, 'HK' (maker), crown motif (Finland), 813H (Silver Purity), boat motif (Helsinki) & 'E7' (year)'. 

It is in excellent vintage condition. The bangle retains its original shape well. The silver has a light patina but this can always be polished depending on your preference. The stone measures 19mm long.

This is a rigid, oval-shaped bangle that slips over the hand. The internal dimensions are approximately 59 × 52 mm, making it particularly suited to a smaller hand.

To check the fit, bring your fingers and thumb together as if putting on a bangle and measure across the widest point of your hand. You can also compare these measurements with a bangle you already own that fits comfortably.
