Payment

All listed prices are in Australian dollars and can be converted to currencies where we ship. The final purchase price will include shipping, which you will be able to see in the check-out before payment.

Afterpay, PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted on a secure connection provided through Shopify. 

Shipping

We ship within Australia and internationally from Sydney. The cost for shipment will appear in the check-out before payment after you have input your address details and will be calculated automatically into the final purchase price.

Items will be carefully packed and shipped within roughly 3 business days of receiving the order. All packages are insured and will require a signature upon delivery unless sent to a PO Box.

Packages within Australia will be sent express or via courier. Jewellery orders within Australia enjoy free shipping. For all other items, a flat shipping rate of $15 applies to those in NSW, VIC, QLD & ACT. For those located in WA, TAS, SA & NT, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $25.

All international deliveries will typically be sent with Australia Post's express service unless advised otherwise. There is a flat rate shipping price of $40 for New Zealand, $65 for Asia, $85 for North America, $100 for Europe and $150 for countries that fall outside of those zones. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number in a seperate email.

Please be aware that Ritrovato is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal system or any customs duties that may occur in the recipient’s country.

Returns

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@ritrovato.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, as well as any taxes, brokerage charges or duty incurred. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

All sale or discounted items are final sale, no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations

Orders may be sent out the same day. Please contact Ritrovato immediately after placing your order if you would like to cancel.

You may be asked for your email, name, address or other relevant information upon making a purchase. Any information collected may be used to improve your user experience, customer service or our website.

We do not share or sell your information to any third parties.
