14k Gold & Yellow Spinel Pendant by Eero Rislakki for N. Westerback, Finland

This elegant original Modernist pendant features an oval lab-created yellow spinel framed by solid 14k gold. It was designed by award-winning industrial engineer Eero Rislakki (1924-2017) and beautifully crafted by N. Westerback Oy in 1962. 

The pendant is fully stamped with 'NW' (maker), '585' (14k gold), crown motif (Finland), boat motif (Helsinki), 'I7' (year)', 'ER' (designer). 

It is in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age). The stone is 14mm long and sits firmly in the setting.

The pendant measures 2.3cm long X 2cm wide. The chain is not included but your favourite chain can easily be threaded through.
