Large Hand-blown Glass Bowl by Severin Brørby for Hadeland, Norway

This very heavy Modernist footed bowl features beautiful hand-blown olive green glass with large appliqué medallions. It was designed by artist Severin Brørby (1932-2001) for the notable Hadeland glassworks during his tenure as head designer.

This large piece would make an excellent centre piece! It is signed on the underside 'Hadeland (maker) 383 (model) S.B. (designer)' It is in excellent vintage condition with no notches, cracks, repairs or discolouration.
