Cast Glass Candle Holders by Pertti Santalahti for Humppila, Finland

These beautiful Brutalist candle holders were designed by Pertti Santalahti (1941 - 2015) for his 'Kivi' (or Stone) series in the 1970s. The sculptural design features very solid textured clear and lime green cast glass. 

Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition with no notches, cracks, repairs or discolouration. They are signed on the underside 'Pertti Santalahti, Humppila Finland'. 

The candle holders fit a standard taper candle with a 2/2.5cm diameter.
