Handblown Glass Vases & Bowl by Per Lütken for Holmegaard
These pieces were designed by Per Lütken (1916-1998), who was a master of Danish glass and one of Holmegaard’s most skillful glass designers. They feature beautiful heavy smokey olive-grey glass handblown in an elegant minimalist shape.
The fact these could easily slide into a contemporary interior is a testament to the timeless and intelligent design that was created in Denmark during the mid-century period!
The stunning set includes a Menuet vase (model 15734) with heart-shaped form, a Rondo (model 15731) vase with spherical form and a Shell bowl (model 15738) with circular form.
Each piece is signed on the underside. They are all in excellent condition (outstanding for its age) with no notches, discolouration, cracks or repairs.
