14k Gold & Amethyst Ring by N. Westerback, Finland

This elegant ring features a solid 14k gold thick band that holds a beautiful oval cabochon amethyst. It was handcrafted by the atelier N. Westerback, which was registered in Helsinki between 1897 and 1969. (Originally to Nestor Westerback and later Eino Westerback in 1919). 

This ring is fully stamped 'GK' (possibly designer's initials), 'NW' (maker), 585' (14k gold), crown motif (Finland), 'G7' (year)', Helsinki motif (city). 

It is in excellent vintage condition with perfect amethyst. The band retains its original shape. There is an engraving on the inside of the band. 

This ring is a size M 1/2 (EU 52 & US 6.5) with an internal diameter of 16.92 mm. If you're unsure about sizing, it is recommended that you measure a ring you currently wear to see if you're a similar size. The band can be resized.
