14k Gold Earrings by N. Westerback, Finland

These gorgeous elegant earrings from 1963 feature solid 14k gold and white pearls. They were designed and made by the Helsinki based jeweller N. Westerback, which was registered between 1897 and 1969 - originally to Nestor Westerback and later to Eino Westerback in 1919. 

The earrings are each fully stamped on each hook with the Finnish hallmarks - 'NW' (makers mark), the crown in heart motif (Finland), '585' (14k gold), Helsinki motif and 'K7' (year). 

The pair are in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age) with perfectly functioning firm safety clasps. They measure approx. 40mm long (including hook) by 6mm wide.
