Sterling Silver Bracelet by Matti Hyvärinen for Sirokoru, Finland
This striking chunky Brutalist bracelet showcases bold, abstract links crafted from solid sterling silver, seamlessly connected with concealed hinges. Known as Wind Forms in Snow, the design plays on a captivating contrast between polished and textured surfaces.
Created by celebrated Finnish jeweller Matti Hyvärinen and handcrafted in his Turku workshop in 1975, it’s a timeless piece that embodies both sculptural form and refined craftsmanship.
This bracelet is fully stamped with the Finnish hallmarks: 'MJH' (designer/maker), '925' (silver purity), Turku motif, 'X7' (year), 'Sirokoru' & 'Made in Finland'.
It is in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age). The clasp functions perfectly and securely. The silver has a light patina, which can be polished.
The bracelet is medium sized and measures 17.5cm by 1.9cm wide. If you're unsure about sizing, it is recommended that you measure a bracelet you currently wear to see if you're a similar size.
