14k Gold & Moonstone Pendant by Kultatrio, Helsinki

This elegant mid-century pendant features solid 14k gold that beautifully frames a large cabochon oval moonstone. It was designed and handcrafted by Finnish jeweller Kultatrio in Helsinki, 1957.

Moonstones symbolise new beginnings and bring enhanced intuition and inner wisdom to the wearer.

This pendant is fully stamped with the Finnish hallmarks: 'III' (designer/maker motif), '585' (14k gold),  crown motif (Finland), town motif (Jyväskylä) & 'D7' (year). 

It is in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age) with a perfect moonstone (17mm X 13mm). The stone sits firmly in the setting. 

The pendant measures 40mm X 12mm including the loop. The chain is not included but your favourite chain can be easily threaded through.
