14k Gold & Smoky Quartz Pendant by Kultaseppa Salovaara, Finland

This beautiful Modernist pendant features 14k solid gold that frames a facetted oval smoky quartz. The design, which is stamped with Salovaara's polar bear hallmark, was likely crafted during the 1960s. Kultaseppa Salovaara was registered in Turku from 1955 until 1988.  

The pendant is fully stamped with the Finnish hallmarks: Kultaseppa Salovaara motif, crown motif (Finland) & '585' (14k gold).

It is in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age). The stone sits firmly in its setting.

The pendant measures 32mm long X 15mm wide. The chain is not included but your favourite chain can easily be threaded through.
