Handmade 14k Gold & Hematite Ring by Korutuote, Heinola, Finland

This beautiful original Modernist ring features a thick 14k gold band with three cabochon-cut hematites. Hematite is believed to be a protective stone that reduces stress and absorbs negative energy. 

Handcrafted in the Finnish town of Heinola in 1962, the ring is fully stamped with the hallmarks 'Ke', crown motif (Finland), 585 (14k gold), city motif (Heinola) & I7 (year). 

It is in excellent vintage condition with perfect hematites. The band retains its original shape and has a lovely patina (possibly enhanced by the hematite), which adds to the beauty of the piece. 

This ring is a size O (EU 55 & US 7.25) with a 17.53mm diameter. The band is 1.1cm wide. If you're unsure about sizing, it is recommended that you measure a ring you currently wear to see if you're a similar size.
