18k Gold Bracelet by J.G. Toftegård-Jensen & M.K.E. Traudel-Toftegård, Hadsten

Bold yet refined, this beautifully handcrafted bracelet is composed of substantial interlocking links in solid 18K gold. Each sculptural link has a softly irregular form, creating a sense of movement across the wrist while giving the bracelet a strong, tactile presence.

Founded in Hadsten, Denmark, by goldsmiths Martel Katharina Elisabeth Traudel Toftegård and Jens Gregers Toftegård-Jensen, the Toftegård atelier became known for distinctive jewellery characterised by organic forms and an elegant modern aesthetic. Their registered maker’s mark, JGTJ, dates from 1969, placing the workshop within the development of modern Danish jewellery from the late 1960s onwards.

The bracelet is stamped with the Danish hallmarks: 'JGTJ.' (designer/maker) & '750' (18k Gold). A Swedish export stamp is also present, indicating that the bracelet was officially exported to Sweden.

It is in excellent vintage condition. It retains a light, natural patina consistent with its age. The clasp functions perfectly and securely.
