14k Gold & Aquamarine Ring by Hj. Weckström, Finland

This beautiful ring features handcrafted solid 14k gold with a facetted oval pale aquamarine. It was designed by Hjalmar Johannes Weckström (1888 - 1957), who was a Finnish goldsmith. The maker's mark he used was registered in Helsinki from 1916 until 1982. 

This ring is fully stamped 'HjW' (maker), crown motif (Finland), '585' (14k gold), Helsinki motif (city), 'K6' (year). It is in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age) with perfect aquamarine. The band retains its original shape and the stone sits firmly in the setting. 

This ring is a size M 1/2 (EU 52 & US 6.5) with an internal diameter of 16.92 mm. If you're unsure about sizing, it is recommended that you measure a ring you currently wear to see if you're a similar size. The band can be resized.
