Silver & Tiger's Eye Necklace by Heikki Kaksonen, Helsinki, Finland

This beautiful original Modernist necklace features a pendant with a large polished tiger's eye framed by solid silver. It was designed and handcrafted in 1960 by Helsinki based jeweller Heikki Kaksonen. 

The pendant is fully stamped with the Finnish hallmarks, 'HK' (maker), crown motif (Finland), 916H (Silver Purity 92%), boat motif (Helsinki) & 'G7' (year)'. 

It is in excellent vintage condition with perfect tiger's eye. The silver has a light patina but this can always be polished depending on your preference. 

The pendant measures 4cm long X 2.5cm wide and the tiger's eye measures 2.5cm X 1.5cm. The chain, which is in two parts, is 45cm long. It is also hallmarked for silver.
