18k Gold with Lab Ruby & White Topazes Ring by Hallbergs Guldsmeds, Stockholm
This beautiful early mid-century ring features a solid 18k gold band that holds a lab-created ruby flanked by two natural white topazes. It was designed and handcrafted by Hallbergs Goldsmiths in 1941. The 'CGH' maker's mark was registered to Hallbergs Goldsmiths Ab CG in Stockholm, Sweden from 1913 until 1982.
The band is fully stamped with the Swedish hallmarks 'CGH' (maker), three crowns motif (Sweden), '18k' (material), Stockholm motif & 'P8' (year).
This ring is in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age). The stones sit firmly in their settings and the thick band retains its original shape. There is an internal engraving.
Each stone has an approx. 3mm diameter. The ring is a size Q (EU 57.5 & US 8.25) with an internal diameter of 18.3 mm. If you're unsure about sizing, it is recommended that you measure a ring you currently wear to see if you're a similar size. The band can be resized.
