14k Gold & Smoky Quartz Ring by Erik Granit, Helsinki

This lovely Modernist ring features solid 14k gold that beautifully frames a faceted smoky quartz. It was designed and made by Helsinki based jewellery Erik Granit in 1964. 

This ring is fully stamped with the Finnish hallmarks: Erik Granit motif (maker), crown motif (Finland), '585' (14k gold), Helsinki motif & 'L7' (year). 

It is in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age). The stone (10mm length) sits firmly in the setting. The band retains its original shape well. It has previously been resized. 

The band is a medium size. It is an AU size N (EU 53.8 & US 6.75) with a 17.1mm internal diameter. If you're unsure about sizing, it is recommended that you measure a ring you currently wear to see if you're a similar size. The band can be resized.
