18k Gold & Smoky Quartz Ring by Ceson Guldvaru, Gothenburg

This beautiful mid-century signet ring features solid 18k gold with a faceted smoky quartz. It was made by Ceson Guldvaru Ab in 1964, who was registered from 1955 until 1993 in Gothenburg, Sweden. 

Smoky Quartz is believed to be a grounding stone dispersing fear or negativity and restoring balance. 

The ring is fully stamped with the Swedish hallmarks 'K&EC' (maker), Göteborg motif on the inner band, as well as '18k' (material), the three crowns motif (Sweden) and 'O9' (year).

It is in excellent vintage condition with a perfect smoky quartz that sits firmly in the setting. It retains its original shape well. The stone measures 9mm X 9mm.

This ring is a size P (EU 57 & US 7.5) with a 17.7mm internal diameter. If you're unsure about sizing, it is recommended that you measure a ring you currently wear to see if you're a similar size. The band can be resized.
