18k Gold & Onyx Ring by Ceson Guldvaru, Gothenburg

This flawless original mid-century signet ring made in 1964 features solid 18k gold with a black onyx. It was made by Ceson Guldvaru Ab, who was registered from 1955 until 1993 in Gothenburg, Sweden. 

Black onyx is believed to protect against negative energy as well as enhance strength, focus and willpower. 

The ring is fully stamped with the Swedish hallmarks 'K&EC' (maker), Göteborg motif on the inner band, as well as '18k' (material), the three crowns motif (Sweden) and 'O9' (year).

It is in excellent vintage condition (outstanding for age) with a perfect onyx that sits firmly in the setting. It retains its original shape well. The stone measures 11mm X 11mm.

This ring is a size P 1/2 (EU 57 & US 8) with a 18.4mm internal diameter. If you're unsure about sizing, it is recommended that you measure a ring you currently wear to see if you're a similar size. The band can be resized.
