14k Gold & Smoky Quartz Ring by Auran Kultaseppä, Finland

This stunning ring, crafted in solid 14k gold, showcases a large faceted smoky quartz set in an open, modernist design that highlights its dramatic height and sculptural elegance. It was designed and made by the well known Finnish jeweller Auran Kultaseppä Oy (1937-1995).

This ring is stamped with the Finnish hallmarks: Auran Kultaseppä motif (maker), '585' (14k gold), Turku motif (city) & 'T7' (year). The Finnish control mark is not present as the ring was sold in Norway.

It is in excellent vintage condition. The stone has some light surface wear commensurate with wear and use. It measures 25mm long. The band retains its original shape well. 

The ring is a small size. It is an AU size L (EU 51 & US 5.75) with a 16.3mm diameter. If you're unsure about sizing, it is recommended that you measure a ring you currently wear to see if you're a similar size. The band can be resized.
