Hand-blown Glass Vase by Asta Strömberg for Strömbergshyttan, Sweden. 

This beautiful elongated 'Sputnik' vase by Asta Strömberg (1916-2011) features super solid clear hand-blown crystal with a transparent amethyst underlay. It has a lovely tall form and long ovoid cavity ideal for highlighting long stems. 

This piece is in very good vintage condition with no notches, cracks, repairs or discolouration. It has some minor visible surface wear commensurate with age and use. Please see close up photo.
