Hand-blown Cut Glass Vase by Asta Strömberg for Strömbergshyttan

This lovely piece features solid hand-blown cut clear crystal with an translucent fawn underlay. Just like a diamond, the facetted sides interact beautifully with the light and allow the vase to be placed at different angles. The tubular cavity and heavy weight makes this design ideal for singular stems. 

The vase is in excellent condition (outstanding for age) with no notches, cracks, repairs or discolouration. Etched on the underside of this vase is 'Strömbergshyttan (maker) B 971 (model)'. It still has its original label.
