Hand-blown Glass Bowl by Armando Jacobino for Kumela, Finland

This beautiful heavy bowl features hand-blown transparent glass with internal bubbles in the shape of a bird. It was designed by Armando Jacobino (1922–1970), who was a prominent Italian born glass artist, remembered for his tenure at the Kumela glassworks in Finland from 1959 to 1970.

This piece is in excellent vintage condition with no notches, cracks, repairs or discolouration. It is the perfect holder for small special objects like jewellery!

The underside is acid signed 'A Jacobino' & 'Oy Kumela'.
