The considered arrangement of the stones and finely worked gold setting demonstrate the skill and precision of the jeweller, while the rock crystals catch the light with a subtle, shimmering effect.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey were designed by Helsinki-based jeweller Leevi Nygren, whose workshop was registered from 1951 until 1986, for the renowned Finnish jewellery house Kaunis Koru in 1966.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBoth original backings are fully hallmarked with the Finnish hallmarks: 'LN' (designer), crown motif (Finland), '585' (14K gold), the Helsinki city mark, 'N7' (year), and 'KK' (Kaunis Koru).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe pair are in excellent vintage condition, outstanding for their age, with strong, secure posts and firmly fastening original backings. One post has a very slight bend; please see photo 5.
